ET Sniper Click2Dial
ET Sniper Click2Dial is a companion service available to our ET Sniper subscribers. It works exclusively with the VICIDial system, utilizing its API's to provide quick and easy 'click to dial' functionality. Setting up the functionality is simple, requiring the entry of domain and admin credentials in the ET Sniper Company profile, along with the user's VICIDial credentials in their ET Sniper profile.
Once set up, users can log in to the Click2Dial extension using their established ET Sniper credentials, log in to a VICIDial manual campaign, and start making calls. The extension's basic feature searches for the clicked phone number within the VICIDial campaign, based on the campaign's manual dial setup. If multiple lead records are found with the phone number, the newest record is automatically selected and called. If the phone number is not found, a new lead record is created on the specified manual dial list for the campaign.
Additional options, such as preview mode, dialing using in-groups, CID override, and dial prefix, can be set as defaults by the user in the administrative section. These options can also be overridden on the Call Popup, providing flexibility during the calling process.
The Click2Dial extension also includes an advanced calling feature that uses captured data as part of the API calls. This feature allows users to locate records within the list using lead_id or vendor_lead_code, and update information on the lead record that is called. It can be used with CRM-type pages or Google spreadsheets, providing seamless integration with existing systems.
